How-toConfigure webhooks
Send every completed booking to your own endpoint as a signed webhook or a custom HTTP request.
Updated Sep 30, 2026
Webhooks send each completed booking to your own system: a CRM, a warehouse, or an automation tool. You set them up once for the whole workspace. They fire for bookings on every form.
- 1
Open Webhooks
In the sidebar, under Integrations, click Webhooks. If it isn't listed, open Integrations → Browse (or Manage) and enable Webhooks first. Turning on an integration requires starting your free trial. Until then, the Webhooks page shows as paused and the endpoint settings are hidden.
- 2
Add a webhook
Click Add webhook and pick a type: Webhook sends a signed JSON POST with the standard payload. Custom request lets you set the URL, method, and body template.
- 3
Fill in the endpoint
For Webhook, enter the Endpoint URL. Signing secret is optional. Use a long random string, then verify the signature in your handler. See Signing & verification.
- 4
Check the event
Under Events, keep Booking completed checked. It's the only event. It fires once, when the customer submits the booking. See Webhook events for the payload.
- 5
Send a test
Click Send test. ServiceReserve sends a sample payload with
data.test: trueso your handler can ignore it. The status code and duration show next to the button. - 6
Save
Click Save webhooks. Make sure the toggle in the page header shows Enabled. While it's disabled, nothing fires.
One setup for all forms
Webhooks apply to every form in the workspace. Each payload includes
data.form_id, so your handler can route bookings per form.
Retries
A failed delivery is retried twice more before it's marked failed.
Recent deliveries
The Recent deliveries card lists the last 50 deliveries, newest first. Each row shows the time, event, type, URL, status code, duration, and the response or error. Click Refresh to reload it.
To re-send a booking, open the request. In Integration activity, pick the integration and click Send.
