Profiles, seats & Reserve with Google

Your subscription has one seat for each active business profile. Reserve with Google is included. Turning it on or off doesn't change your bill.

How seats are billed

• $25/month per active business profile.
• One Stripe subscription per workspace. Its quantity equals your number of active profiles.
• If you have no profiles when you check out, you're billed for one seat.

Add a seat

Add a business profile: import it from Google or add it manually. If you already subscribe, the new seat is added automatically. The prorated charge lands on your next invoice. There's no second checkout.

Remove a seat

Open the profile and click Delete profile. The subscription drops by one seat, prorated. If you delete your last profile, the subscription cancels at the end of the billing period. Add a profile before then to keep it running.

Turn on Reserve with Google

1. Open Business Profiles and click the profile.
2. In the Reserve with Google card, click Enable.

The Book online button can take 24–48 hours to appear on Google, and turning it off takes as long to show. If it hasn't appeared after 48 hours, email [email protected]. To turn it off, click Disable. The Business Profiles list shows each profile's status: Active, Off, or Paused.

If your workspace expires, the button comes off Google and the profile shows Paused. Subscribe and it comes back automatically within 24–48 hours.

Stripe is the source of truth

Your plan in ServiceReserve mirrors Stripe. If the seat count on Account → Subscription doesn't match your Stripe invoice, contact support.
