First: do you need this?
HighLevel has its own Google booking, which it calls Google Organic Booking: you upload feeds per sub-account, Google reviews them (HighLevel says the first review usually takes 1–2 weeks), and customers book into a HighLevel calendar. If that's all you need, use it.
ServiceReserve with GoHighLevel makes sense when:
You take service requests, not just calendar slots
Home service bookings need the address, the problem, and photos. ServiceReserve asks service-specific questions and checks the ZIP code before the contact reaches GoHighLevel.
You manage several Google profiles
Turn on a Book online button for every location from one account. See multiple locations.
Dispatch lives somewhere else
Send the same booking to GoHighLevel for follow-up and to Housecall Pro or a webhook for the job.
What each booking creates
| In GoHighLevel | What's filled in |
|---|---|
| Contact | Name, email, phone, company, and address, with a source ("ServiceReserve" by default) and the tags you choose. Existing contacts are matched by email. |
| Opportunity | Created in the pipeline and stage you pick, named after the customer and form, with the booking total as its value. |
| Appointment | Booked on the calendar you choose for bookings with a specific time. Bookings made with Morning / Afternoon windows don't create one. |
| Custom fields | Map the request ID, selected services, intake answers, attribution, request URL, or a full description to your contact and opportunity fields. |
If the opportunity or appointment can't be created, the contact is still saved.
Only offer times your team is free
Turn on Schedule integration to import GoHighLevel users as technicians. Their GoHighLevel calendar busy times are removed from the times customers can pick on the booking form.

Frequently asked questions
How does it connect to my HighLevel account?
You sign in through GoHighLevel and approve access. Agency logins then choose which sub-account receives the bookings.
Can bookings go to more than one sub-account?
Each ServiceReserve organization sends to one sub-account. Agencies can run a separate ServiceReserve organization per client, each connected to its own sub-account.
Why didn't a booking create an appointment?
Appointments need a specific time. Bookings made with Morning / Afternoon windows create the contact and opportunity but no appointment. Use Time Windows in Schedules if you want appointments.
Should I also turn on HighLevel's Google Organic Booking?
Not for the same Business Profile. Pick one Google booking provider per profile so Google shows the one you want.
