Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ServiceReserve (“Service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person or business; accounts may not be shared across organizations.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit to ServiceReserve (business details, customer records, booking data, media). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and share any customer data you route through ServiceReserve.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party right.
• Send unsolicited marketing or spam.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass its access controls.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt other customers’ use.
• Resell, white-label, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Service without our written consent.

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices and plan limits are listed in your account. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google (including Reserve with Google), Stripe, and email providers. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

6. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid customers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceReserve will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other customers. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
