Integrations
ConceptConnect other apps
Which apps ServiceReserve connects to, how to turn an integration on, and how to check what it sent.
Updated Sep 30, 2026
Integrations send each new booking from ServiceReserve to the tools your team already uses. You set each one up once for the whole workspace. It then runs for bookings on every form.
Available integrations
| Integration | What it does |
|---|---|
| Slack | Posts a message in a Slack channel for every new booking. |
| Telegram | Sends a message to one or more Telegram chats, groups, or channels. |
| Google Sheets | Adds a row to a spreadsheet in your Google Drive for every booking. |
| Zoho CRM | Creates a Lead in Zoho CRM for every booking. |
| GoHighLevel | Creates a Contact, and optionally an Opportunity and an Appointment, in a GoHighLevel sub-account. |
| Housecall Pro | Creates a lead or job in Housecall Pro and routes bookings to your technicians. |
| Quo | Texts your team through your Quo (formerly OpenPhone) workspace. |
| MCP Server | Lets Claude and other MCP clients read your booking requests. |
| Webhooks | Sends each booking to your own endpoint. |
| Email notifications | Emails each new booking to your team. |
| API | Lets your own code read requests, forms, and profiles. |
Other apps on the Integrations page show a Need it button instead of a toggle. They aren't available yet. Click Need it to tell us you want one. The button then reads Requested.
Turn on an integration
- 1
Open Integrations
In the sidebar, under Integrations, click Browse. Once you have an integration turned on, the link reads Manage.
- 2
Switch it on
Find the integration and switch its toggle on. You see "Integration enabled." and the app appears in the sidebar under Integrations.
- 3
Finish setup
Click the app's name, in the grid or in the sidebar, to open its setup page. Each article linked above walks through the setup.
Workspace members with the Manager role don't see the Integrations section in the sidebar.
Pause an integration
Every setup page has an Enabled / Disabled switch in the page header. It's the same switch as the one on the Integrations page.
While an integration is off, the setup page shows "This integration is paused — no events fire until you re-enable it. Configuration is preserved." Your connection and settings stay saved, so switching it back on doesn't make you connect again.
When integrations run
Integrations run once for each booking, right after the customer submits it. Delivery happens in the background, so it never slows down the booking form.
If a delivery fails, ServiceReserve tries again after 1 minute and again after 15 minutes. After the third failed attempt it stops and marks the delivery failed.
Check what was sent
- Recent activity. Most setup pages list the last 50 deliveries. Each row shows the time, event, status, duration, customer, and the record created in the other app, or the error.
- Integration activity. On a request's detail page, this card lists every delivery made for that booking.
- Status badge. The Integrations page shows Connected, Enabled, Error, or Disabled next to each app you've turned on. The Connected tab filters to connected apps.
Send a booking again
To re-send one booking to one integration, open the request. In Integration activity, pick the integration and click Send. You can only send to integrations that are turned on.
