One account, a button on every location
Each Google Business Profile is its own listing, so each one needs its own booking button. In ServiceReserve, every location you import becomes a business profile with its own Book online button on Google Search and Maps.
- 1
Import all your locations at once
Go to Business Profiles → Import from Google, connect the Google account that manages them, and select every location. See Business profiles.
- 2
Link each location to a booking form
Imported locations join your default form unless you choose another under Assign imported profiles to form. Change it later with Linked booking form on the profile.
- 3
Turn on Reserve with Google per location
Click Enable on each profile. The button usually appears within 24–48 hours. The Business Profiles list shows each location as Active, Off, or Paused.

Know which location every booking came from
- Each request's Source shows the business profile and its address, and bookings from Google are labeled Google Business Profile.
- Analytics breaks bookings down by business profile and by source, with filters for date, form, and profile.
- Give each location a Profile tag. It's stamped on every booking through that profile and sent with the booking webhook, so your own systems can route it.
Get each booking to the right crew

Webhooks with the location tag

Email, Slack, and Telegram alerts
Choose who gets an email for every booking, or post new requests to a Slack channel or Telegram chat.
How multi-location Google booking compares
Multi-location support is where Google booking tools differ most. From each vendor's own documentation, checked September 30, 2026:
- Setmore links one Google location to an account at a time.
- Jobber connects one booking form to a Business Profile and doesn't document multiple profiles.
- Housecall Pro runs multi-location businesses as separate child accounts, each with its own online booking setup.
- ServiceTitan documents several profiles, with a scheduler per profile on its paid Scheduling Pro add-on.

Frequently asked questions
Does each location need its own Google Business Profile?
Yes. The Book online button attaches to a Google Business Profile, so each location needs its own verified profile. Import them all into ServiceReserve with Import from Google.
Can locations have different hours or service areas?
Yes. Hours and ZIP codes belong to the booking form, so link locations with different hours or areas to different forms. Locations with the same setup can share one form.
Can I turn the button off for one location?
Yes. Open that profile and click Disable under Reserve with Google. It disappears from Google within 24–48 hours. The profile still counts as a seat until you delete it.
We're an agency managing several businesses. Does that work?
Yes. One login can own or join several organizations and switch between them from the organization menu. Each organization has its own locations, forms, and subscription.
Can service-area locations without a public address get the button?
Usually, but Google matches them by hand, so it can take longer. Each profile needs a full street address in ServiceReserve to enable Reserve with Google. See the troubleshooting checklist.
