Privacy Policy

Last updated April 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how ServiceReserve (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our scheduling and booking platform. It covers both the business accounts that sign up for ServiceReserve and the end customers who submit booking requests through a ServiceReserve form.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, a hashed password, and any business profile details you add (company name, address, phone number, service area).

Booking data. When a customer submits a booking request through one of your forms we store the information they provide — such as name, contact details, service address, selected services, and any answers to your intake questions.

Payment data. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription but never store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps) and product telemetry needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Route booking requests from your customers to your ServiceReserve dashboard.
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, product updates, and security notices.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Roles: Controller vs. Processor

For your own account data, ServiceReserve is the controller. For the booking requests your customers submit through your forms, you are the controller and ServiceReserve acts as the processor on your behalf. You are responsible for providing those customers with any notices and lawful basis required in your jurisdiction.

4. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • Infrastructure providers that host and deliver the Service (e.g. hosting, database, object storage, CDN).
  • Stripe for subscription billing.
  • Google and Reserve with Google when you enable those integrations, so that bookings can flow between ServiceReserve and Google Search / Maps surfaces.
  • Email providers (Resend and similar) to deliver transactional messages.
  • Authorities when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ServiceReserve or others.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and protect accounts (including session cookies and reCAPTCHA). Our marketing site may use basic analytics cookies to measure page traffic; we do not use advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards so we can meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. Booking data is retained for as long as you keep it in your dashboard; you can delete individual records at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights email [email protected]. If ServiceReserve is the processor for the data in question we will forward your request to the relevant business customer.

9. Children

ServiceReserve is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy over time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
