Reserve with Google providers for home service businesses

Several field-service and CRM tools already put a booking button on Google. Before you add anything, check what yours does. This comparison uses each vendor's own documentation, with the date we checked it, and tells you when your current software is enough.

The short answer

  • One location on Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz, or Jobber? Your software's own Google booking is probably enough. Turn it on first.
  • Several Google Business Profiles, a tool with no documented Google booking, or a need to send bookings to more than one system? That's where a dedicated booking layer like ServiceReserve helps.
  • Every vendor below sends Google bookings only into its own system. ServiceReserve is built to sit next to the software you already use.

What each vendor documents

Jobber. Jobber matches your profile by the address in your Jobber account and sends your default booking form (or request form) to Google, which shows a Book Online button. Only one form connects at a time, service-area profiles without an address need Jobber support, and changes take up to 72 hours. Its booking form documents custom questions, uploads, a ZIP-code check, and arrival windows. Jobber's article

Housecall Pro. A Reserve with Google integration included on all plans. Business name, phone, and address must match Google exactly; service-area businesses are matched by support. Multi-location businesses run separate child accounts, each with its own online booking setup. Housecall Pro's article · Using ServiceReserve with Housecall Pro

ServiceTitan. A basic Reserve with Google integration is included in the US and Canada; the advanced version uses the paid Scheduling Pro add-on, which adds custom questions, booking zones, arrival windows, and a scheduler per Business Profile. It's the only one here that documents several profiles in one account. ServiceTitan's article

Workiz. Connects its booking portal to Google by entering your details exactly as they appear on your profile and mapping job types to Google services. Online booking is an add-on in Workiz's Feature Center. Workiz's article

HighLevel (LeadConnector). Google Organic Booking uses feeds: a primary feed for the main Book Online button and optional per-service feeds, set up per sub-account. The first review usually takes 1–2 weeks. Bookings go into HighLevel calendars. HighLevel's article · Using ServiceReserve with GoHighLevel

Square Appointments and Setmore are general appointment schedulers with Reserve with Google integrations. Square documents one service per booking and requires a physical place of business. Setmore links one Google location per account at a time. Square · Setmore

FieldEdge, Service Fusion, and Kickserv. We didn't find a Google Business Profile booking integration in their own documentation. Service Fusion documents a paid customer portal for job requests, and Kickserv an embeddable request form. If you use one of these, ServiceReserve can add the Google button without switching software.

When your current software is enough

  • One location on Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or Workiz

Each documents a Reserve with Google integration. Turn it on before paying for anything else.

  • ServiceTitan with Scheduling Pro, even with several locations

It documents several profiles, per-profile schedulers, zones, questions, and arrival windows.

  • Jobber with one location whose profile shows an address

You get a Book Online button on every plan, plus questions, uploads, a ZIP check, and arrival windows.

  • A HighLevel business that books into HighLevel calendars

Google Organic Booking already routes Google bookings where you work.

When to add ServiceReserve alongside it

Questions to ask any provider

  1. Is your Google booking a Reserve with Google integration, or a link I paste into my profile?
  2. How do you handle service-area businesses that hide their address?
  3. How many Google Business Profiles can one account connect, and what does each cost?
  4. Can the form ask service-specific questions and take photos before the booking is sent?
  5. Where do bookings go — only into your system, or also into the tools I already use?
  6. How do I turn it off, and how long does removal take?

Frequently asked questions

Which home service software has Reserve with Google?

Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and Workiz document Reserve with Google integrations, and HighLevel documents a feed-based version it calls Google Organic Booking. Jobber documents an automatic Book Online button on your Google Business Profile. Details and dates are in the table above.

Can I use ServiceReserve with Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Yes. ServiceReserve integrates with Housecall Pro (leads, jobs, and technician scheduling) and GoHighLevel. For other software, use webhooks or the public API. Don't turn on two Google booking providers for the same profile — pick the one Google should show.

Is ServiceReserve cheaper than my field-service software?

It's not a replacement. ServiceReserve is $25 a month per location and handles the booking side — Google, your website, and shared links — while your field-service software keeps running dispatch, invoicing, and payments.

How often is this comparison updated?
