Opt-Out

Last updated April 24, 2026

ServiceReserve submits a data feed of our partner merchants to Google so bookings can be taken directly from Google Search and Google Maps through the Reserve with Google program. If you are listed in that feed and would like to be removed, this page explains how.

1. Who this applies to

Any business (merchant) whose listing ServiceReserve includes in the Reserve with Google feed. This typically means a business that uses ServiceReserve to manage bookings and has been matched to a Google Business Profile by the Reserve with Google integration.

2. How to opt out

There are two ways to remove a listing from the Reserve with Google feed. Most merchants can do it themselves from their ServiceReserve dashboard; if you can’t sign in or would rather we handle it, email us and we’ll take care of it.

Option A — Turn it off from your dashboard

Reserve with Google is a per-location setting inside your ServiceReserve account. Each business profile has its own toggle, and you’re only billed for the ones you turn on ($25/month per active profile).

  1. Sign in to app.servicereserve.com.
  2. Open Profiles and click the location you want to remove from the feed.
  3. Scroll to the Reserve with Google section and click Disable. Confirm when prompted.

Managing several locations? The Profiles page shows the Reserve with Google status for every profile at a glance, and you can enable or disable them in bulk from there.

The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and the listing drops out of our next daily feed upload to Google. No further action is needed on your side.

Option B — Ask us to remove it for you

If you don’t have dashboard access, aren’t sure which account the listing belongs to, or simply prefer to have us handle it, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Reserve with Google opt-out and include the following so we can identify the correct listing:

  • Business name as shown on Google.
  • Street address and city.
  • Business phone number or website, if available.
  • Google Maps URL or Place ID for the listing (optional but fastest).
  • Your name and role at the business, so we can confirm you are authorized to request removal.

A reply from the email address on file for the business, or from a domain that matches the business’s website, is the fastest way for us to verify the request.

3. What happens next

Whether you disabled it yourself or asked us to do it, the listing is removed from our Reserve with Google feed on the next scheduled upload (feeds are submitted daily). The “Book online” entry point on Google Search and Maps typically stops appearing within a few days after Google ingests the updated feed.

Opting out of the Reserve with Google feed does not close your ServiceReserve account or stop bookings from other channels (your own website, direct links, etc.). If you also want to close your account, email us and say so.

4. Re-enabling the listing

You can turn Reserve with Google back on at any time. From your dashboard, open the profile and click Enablein the Reserve with Google section — you’ll be sent through Stripe Checkout to restart the subscription. If you opted out by email, reply to the same thread (or write to [email protected] with the subject Reserve with Google opt-in) and we’ll re-add the listing on the next feed upload.
